About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator provides support by planning, executing and tracking marketing programs. The responsibilities of this position may include project management, pulling reports to monitor marketing campaigns  and providing project-specific administrative support.

  • You care deeply about the customer journey and do everything you can to ensure it is friction free. 


  • Maintain weekly ecommerce & performance reporting. 
  • Manage and execute product set up and updates to PDP (product details/description page), PLP (product listing page or collection/category page), cart, and checkout.  
  • Ensure inventory is displayed appropriately. 
  • Maintain pre-orders/waitlist for out of stock styles. 
  • Manage project plan for promotions. Ensure they are set up and tested prior to going live. Set up pricing,  promotions and discount codes.  
  • Schedule and test all email campaigns.
  • Traffic creative to agency partners. 
  • Manage flow of product to PR contacts and influencers. 
  • Post content on social media. Tag products in our shop. 
  • Troubleshoot issues on the website. 

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience working in ecommerce; footwear and consumer goods experience a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Resourceful spirit to break through thought ceilings and complete tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and work ethic.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work both as a team and independently.
  • Ability to take direction, and communicate effectively and professionally.
  • High-level of proficiency in relevant tools, such as Shopify Plus,  Google Analytics, Sprout (or other social media tools), Klaviyo (or ESPs) and Yotpo (reviews, UGC, Loyalty).
