  • Create and build Nisolo’s short and long term product line strategy and plan in partnership with CEO, COO, CMO and product teams.  
  • Partner with executive, design, and development teams to ensure product assortments align with brand initiatives, business objectives, revenue targets, and trend.
  • Manage and build out design, product development, and merchandising teams.
  • Drive a strategic product point of view to deliver industry leading, consumer focused, and market relevant product assortment to maximize Nisolo’s market share and growth.
  • Partner with executive, merchandising, and marketing teams to build strategic product go-to-market strategies that support company’s revenue targets.
  • Partner closely with CMO and marketing team to ensure marketing strategies and tactics support the brand’s product strategies and features.
  • Deliver tangible growth in line with revenue and profitability targets through product, sourcing, and merchandising strategies.
  • Maximize category presence among current distribution channels and identify new product opportunities for existing customers and channels.
  • Build annual OKRs and support teams in developing and executing on plans to achieve those objectives.
  • Support in building tools, processes, and system enhancements within design, development and merchandising to drive analytics driven culture
  • Create an innovation focused culture enabling teams to work cross-functionally to ensure product vision is reflected and executed across all product channels.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of past experience working in product development, sourcing, merchandising, and/or production of consumer goods (footwear experience preferred) in a similar vein to the current Nisolo offering
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent life experience
  • Experience traveling to, and working in, developing countries
  • Spanish language proficiency preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong collaborative and detail oriented skills
  • Able to work in a fluid, fast-paced, multi-channel environment
  • Able to maintain high standard of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Understanding of sustainable fashion, ethical fashion, and/or social enterprise preferred

Compensation: Based on previous experience and expertise.
