Responsibilities:
Leads by example through delivering a positive, friendly experience and engaging our customers through conversation and service
Answers customer inquiries from phone, email, chat and recommends solutions for customer issues
Knowledgeable and able to communicate about Nisolo’s values, product, and our industry. Excited to also ask questions and learn
Communicate efficiently and accurately about our products, sizing and features, as well as company policies
Troubleshoot when necessary and proactively communicate with supervisor regularly to ensure that complaints are forwarded to the correct department for investigation

Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience working in customer service preferred
High school diploma or GED equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Google G Suite and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Strong organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong collaborative and detail oriented skills
Able to work in a fluid, fast-paced, multi-channel environment
Strong, positive attitude with high integrity and high energy

Compensation: $13 per hour

Timing: Estimated start date: September 2020.

Location: Nashville, Tennessee
