Part-Time Customer Experience Associate (20 hours / week)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers over the phone, chat and email with exceptional, personalized service.
  • Communicate effectively and accurately about our products, sizing and features, as well as company policies
  • Troubleshoot when necessary and proactively communicate any concerns or procedure recommendations to supervisor.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Committed to excellent customer experience
  • 1+ years of customer service related industry experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Passion for learning; always seeking to sharpen skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and enthusiastic communicator.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
  • Patient with an ability to relate to a wide variety of customers.
  • Team player who is resourceful and flexible.
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Compensation: $13/hour

Timing: Estimated start date: September 2019. Only candidates who pass through to the interview round will be contacted.
