About the Role:

The Brand Partnerships and Acquisition Coordinator will work within the Partnerships and Acquisition Department and be responsible for assisting Senior Associates in the management of partner-facing, demand-generating, marketing and sales campaigns for Nisolo through coordinating the execution of partnership channels including affiliates, social media influencers, referral programs, Amazon, wholesale, and press. Success in this role will improve the efficiency and reach of partnership programs, allowing Nisolo to grow brand awareness and ultimately help push the fashion industry in a more sustainable direction.

Skills & Qualifications:

Initial responsibilities for this position are listed below. Flexibility, as well as the ability to wear many hats, is essential to success on the Nisolo team. Responsibilities are subject to change depending on changing needs of the business.

  • Support manager by overseeing the execution of social media influencer marketing and affiliate channels through ongoing recruitment of new partners and revenue/traffic performance optimization of existing relationships.
  • Adhere to monthly budgets and be fiscally responsible in all campaign execution.
  • Assist your manager with growing Nisolo Referral Program revenue and traffic.
  • Perform logistical tasks including but not limited to: scheduling conference calls, keeping a log of meeting notes, drafting contract agreements, fielding inbound requests, creating invoices, sending product samples, collecting image assets for internal use, and recording relevant data metrics to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Create monthly informational newsletters to share with existing partners.
  • Track, update, and analyze relevant weekly and monthly KPIs from partnership campaigns, sales events, and advertisements to be presented at departmental meetings.
  • Securely organize signed contract agreements, invoices, and image file storage across asana, Google Drive, and Dropbox using appropriate file naming conventions.
  • Actively work with your manager to improve efficiency of ongoing SOPs within your department.
  • Attend and engage in weekly check-in meetings with your direct manager(s) to share feedback, get support, and track progress to goals.
  • Assist with research, recruitment, and benchmarking of new and existing brand partners to track towards departmental goals and ensure mutually-beneficial collaboration.
  • Create and share third-party line sheets to secure on-time seasonal purchase orders from third party partners.
  • Support internal and external coordination of wholesale and third party drop ship orders and campaigns to ensure smooth brand experience for all participating partners and internal departments.
  • Support fulfillment team and adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure inventory accuracy through order and transfer processes.
  • Manage maintenance of Amazon Seller Central account- to include inventory management, publishing branded content, and organizing monthly reports.
  • Support with community engagement projects and events, including outreach to local brands, food/beverage sponsors, and day-of event operations.
  • Create quarterly informational newsletters to keep partners informed of Nisolo brand updates, product releases, and other essential information.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent life experience. Marketing, Advertising, Merchandising, and/or Business related field of study preferred.
  • Experience preferred in:
    • Microsoft Excel, Google Suite
    • Shopify, Amazon Seller Central
    • Google Analytics
    • Dropbox
    • Asana, Basecamp, or Trello
    • Slack or Teams
    • CJ or other affiliate networks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fluid, fast-paced, multi-channel environment.
  • Able to maintain a high standard of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Understanding of sustainable fashion, ethical fashion, and/or social enterprise preferred
  • Customer focused, servant leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who actively engages stakeholders at all levels.
  • Business savvy with the ability to grasp the business model, analytics, and strategic plans of the company
  • Outstanding analytical, planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation: Based on previous experience and expertise.
