Tengries are made of cut and sewn wool felt that is softer and more pliable than our rolled felt products. Think of them fitting your feet like a warm hug all the way up to your ankles.

This felt is cut out of a large felt sheet. Those cut pieces are then sewn together by hand. The secret to Tengries is bits elastic that help them keep snug around feet while allowing you to pull them on.

The leather on this sole is a vegetal tanned leather that is tanned without the use of toxic chromium. The result is a thicker and plusher leather that wears in nicely.

We do highly discourage wearing these outside in any wet conditions.
