The style is great, they feel comfortable and sturdy but also super lightweight! I love that. Easy to slip on, sophisticated look, and I feel like I’m putting my money toward more ethical business practice by supporting Nisolo and local craftspeople around the world!

I was hoping this would be my go-to winter boot and it has exceeded all my expectations. I've worn them every day since they arrived. And I probably will until it warms up enough to start wearing my travel derby's again! I love Nisolo, love their products, and love their business philosophy.

These shoes look amazing. But the sizing is completely off. I have many other Nisolo shoes. These are 100% not “true to size.” They run very small. They are very tight around the ball. I started with my usual size 8, exchanged for size 8.5, and they are still very tight. Of course you might say they need to “break in,” but I got Javier Chelsea boots in size 8 at the same time and they are FAR more comfortable. For comparison, I aligned the soles of these in size 8.5 with those of my size 8 Javier Chelsea boot and the Javier soles are larger! The Cruz are getting a little more comfortable as I wear them, but I do wonder if the tightness is good for my feet. The discomfort seems to be greater than what I would expect, even for the break-in period.
