Beautiful bag

I love my new bag. I received this as a gift over the holidays. The almond color and the leather is beautiful. The fact that it is unlined doesn't bother me. I love the woven design. It's great to have a tote that can be worn crossbody or in the shoulder that is also not as large as a typical tote. Really handy and unique in my bag collection. It also goes with a lot due it its neutral color. Huge fan!

Beautiful, but not top tier quality

I fell in love with this bag and immediately purchased it when it came out with one of my 5 for 5 codes. I have been using it on and off for the last four months and am hesitant if the quality and craftsmanship matches the high price this sells for. I love using the bag, but as you look closer, there are some quality concerns. The leather has started to tear a bit around the hardware. This is because the hardware is installed right along a part of the weave design where the pieces of fabric come together. Also, you need to be cognizant to not load anything too heavy in the bag, which might stretch out or misshape the weave design. Perhaps an interior lining could fix this. Lastly, I would love an interior snap or magnet to offer some closure to the bag! I'd recommend this bag on sale or with a 5 For 5 Code. At full price, I'd pick a different option.

Disappointing

My bag arrived in a bubble wrap shipping bag and inside it was roughly packed in a large plastic bag with lots of tape wrapped around it. The end of the strap is warped and bent from the packaging. Also all of the plastic does not seem aligned with Nisolo’s commitment to sustainability. My previous orders (I have 4 pairs boots, 1 belt and 1 crossbody bag) have all been packaged carefully and included a reusable storage bag. This was not the case. The bag has a very strong chemical odor. Also, the seam was poorly sown. You can see where it overlaps. Almost feels like I got a knockoff of a Nisolo bag! The packaging, chemical odor, and poor craftsmanship is disappointing and misaligned with the high price. Will be returning.
